ROCOL MOULD RELEASE Spray is a high performance PTFE based release agent. Designed to give fast, efficient and clean release with faithful reproduction of the mould profile however complex the mould or minute the detail. Suitable for use on all plastic and rubber mould tools including injection, compression and blow mouldings. Enabling high speed production.

Runcut CASF 32 Neat Cutting Oil is an extreme pressure neat cutting oil blended from solvent refined mineral oil using selected additives, affording a high level of lubricity and EP performance.

Suitable for machining a wide range of materials in various applications, including broaching, H.D. tapping, threading and gear cutting. Arduous operations are overcome using high performance EP package.

MTO Slideway Oil is high quality machine tool lubricants available in various viscosities.

Use as received for the lubrication of slideways at the manufacturers recommended viscosity. Also suitable for use where machines have a combined hydraulic and tableway system, for carriages, guides and headstocks, and as a gearbox oil where the tackiness additives may offer improved oil film strength.

ROCOL LAYOUT INK is a specialised paint designed for the marking out of metal surfaces in toolrooms, machine shops, etc. The thin, dry film enables clear, sharply defined lines to be scribed on most surfaces without flaking. Scribes without flaking or chipping. It offers excellent contrast and definition whilst also being easy to remove once the job is finished. Resistant to washing off by metal cutting fluids.

Blue is ideal for bright surfaces, whilst white is suitable for dark surfaces.

ROCOL RTD® Liquid is a hand applied, lubricant for reaming, tapping and drilling, the market leader for over 60 years.

Suitable for all metals including hardened steels, titaniums and nimonics. It can also be added to ordinary mineral cutting oil for the most severe cutting operations, such as broaching and gear cutting on the toughest metals.

A must have product for all machine shops, tool-rooms and maintenance departments.

Millicut CAS 14 Neat Cutting Oil (Millers Oils)
