Millube Refined Mineral Oil For General Lubrication (Millers Oils)

Millube is a range quality, solvent refined mineral oils for general purpose lubrication.

Use as received where a non-additive mineral oil is preferred or specified. The range covers high speed spindles, general purpose lubrication of bearings and moderately loaded gearbox applications. 

ROCOL ULTRAGLIDE X5 is a total protection slideway lubricant which is resistant to water wash off and protects slides from corrosion. With rapid demulsification, separates rapidly from cutting fluid and is easily removed by oil skimmers/separators. It also has great lubricant and load carrying properties, reduces wear and prevents stick slip.

ROCOL SPATTER RELEASE Spray has been formulated to allow easy removal of weld spatter from metal surfaces, nozzles, jigs and fixtures. It offers exceptional spatter release, one pass coating. The film allows multiple welds. Silicone free.

ROCOL LAYOUT INK is a specialised paint designed for the marking out of metal surfaces in toolrooms, machine shops, etc. The thin, dry film enables clear, sharply defined lines to be scribed on most surfaces without flaking. Scribes without flaking or chipping. It offers excellent contrast and definition whilst also being easy to remove once the job is finished. Resistant to washing off by metal cutting fluids.

Blue is ideal for bright surfaces, whilst white is suitable for dark surfaces.

ROCOL PR Spray is designed to give fast, efficient clean release in critical moulding applications. It penetrates and spreads to all parts of the most intricate mould to give full, clean release, with improved gloss finish.

It has a gloss finish, the nature of the gloss finish is not suitable for painting or printing on the surface, please see MOULD RELEASE Spray for an alternative dry film product which is suitable to printing and painting on.

ROCOL MOISTURE GUARD Spray forms a flexible, dry corrosion preventative film. It provides medium/long term indoor corrosion protection, up to five years, of bare metal components and mould tools particularly where condensation is a problem. The flexible film does not chip, crack or attract dirt/dust.

Suitable for indoor protection of components such as bearings, gears, pressings and any machined metal product which requires protection from corrosive attack. Whether in storage, transit or between operations.

Millersol EP is a semi-synthetic, formaldehyde-free metalworking fluid designed for very arduous applications where EP additives are required.

Millersol EP is recommended for use on a variety of steel and aluminium alloys as well as yellow metals.

ROCOL RTD® Cleancut is a specially formulated, hand applied cutting lubricant designed to improve all day to day machining operations, whatever the metal being worked. It has a low viscosity, water soluble formula that is non-fuming and has a low odour. Non-staining on yellow metals, aluminium and brass.

Rocol RTD® Spray is an aerosol applied metal cutting lubricant consisting of a concentrate of extreme pressure additives. It is suitable for all metals including hardened steels, titaniums and nimonics, in even the most severe cutting operations.

A must have product for all machine shops, tool-rooms and maintenance departments.

ROCOL RTD® Foamcut is a metal cutting lubricant specially formulated to provide extreme pressure cutting performance in an economical to use foaming aerosol. With a low odour. Its foaming action adheres to the tool, allowing it to be applied directly to moving tools. Suitable for severe cutting operations.

Millcool 20 Semi-Synthetic Cutting Fluid (Millers Oils)

• Bio-stability generated frin boron based composition
• Full multi metal capability
• Nitride, chlorine and phenol free formulation
• Undyed to offer good workpiece visibility

Use as a water based machining and grinding fluid.   Recommended dilution rates between 3% and 8%. Note:  Product should be stored under cover. Avoid extremes of temperature and protect from frost.

Millcool Synth Synthetic Metalworking Fluid (Millers Oils)

• High lubricity promotes excellent tool life
• Forms a stable solution in water between 50ppm and 400ppm CaCO3

Millcool Synth is a synthetic formaldehyde- and chlorine-free metalworking fluid suitable for arduous grinding and cutting operations. For general machining, thread cutting, deep hole drilling and reaming on ferrous, high tensile and stainless steels, inconel, aluminium alloys, plastics and non ferrous composites. 

Millercare SC System Cleaner (Millers Oils)

• Formaldehyde free
• Good cleaning and bio-resistance
• Suitable for use when converting from oil products to water based
• Does not affect suitably painted surfaces on machine tools
• May be used directly in working emulsions at 2% dilution

A formaldehyde-free system cleaner where aqueous solutions of machining and grinding fluid have been in use.

To be used typically at 2% but increased strength up to 5% where high levels of accumulated dirt require removal. Circulate for 24 hours, with an absolute minimum continuous circulation of 8 hours.
Note: Operatives may continue working but only at the 2% concentration level.

Millergrease NS Copper Anti-Seize Compound (Millers Oils)

Millergrease WG2 (Millers Oils)

• Good mechanical stability extends lubrication intervals

Millergrease WG2 is an off-white lithium calcium soap thickened grease, highly resistant to water washout with EP performance.

Designed for use in anti-friction and plain bearings subjected to high load and where water washout is a problem.
