This indexable insert has a wear-resistant coating with high cutting edge strength. With the special EM chipbreaker design, it is used with the ZSD Series indexable drill bodies for drilling holes in the workpiece of stainless steels at high speeds under challenging working conditions.
The special EM chip breaker series is used for soft steel, stainless steel and heat resistant super alloys.
