If the order is placed online, we offer free shipping to mainland UK on orders over £25 ex VAT. This offer excludes certain items due to weight restrictions; these are highlighted in the shopping cart. Delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may incur additional charges. See our delivery information page for a full breakdown.

Can I cancel or return the goods?

You can cancel or return goods that we stock. Goods ordered in from suppliers specifically for your order are subject to a restocking fee.

We offer businesses trade accounts subject to a soft credit check. Contact us to set one up.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details are emailed for all tracked orders once the goods have shipped, including a link to the courier's website. You can also contact us and we will track the order for you.
