If the order is placed online, we offer free shipping to mainland UK on orders over £25 ex VAT. This offer excludes certain items due to weight restrictions; these are highlighted in the shopping cart. You can cancel or return goods that we stock. Goods ordered in from suppliers specifically for your order are subject to a restocking fee.
